As the Director, People and Business Partnering, you'll play a crucial role in shaping this journey. Joining an already established and high-performing People Team, you'll be the first to lead and scale the People and Business Partnering function. You'll work closely with leaders and employees alike to align people strategies with business goals and ensure that Hi Marley continues to be a place where inclusivity, collaboration, and high performance are at the forefront.
In this role, you'll balance strategic leadership with hands-on support, guiding our people strategies and helping shape the future of Hi Marley as we continue to grow. We thrive on teamwork and shared enthusiasm, which is why this role involves joining us in the office for two days each week.
What You'll Do :
Strategic Leadership & Partnership :
- Act as both a hands-on partner and a strategic leader, helping employees and leaders align people strategies with the company's business goals.
- Partner with leaders to create forward-thinking and operationally effective people strategies across departments.
- Lead initiatives around leadership development, succession planning, and change management to support organizational growth.
- Leverage people analytics to provide data-driven insights that inform workforce planning, engagement, and retention strategies.
