Outside Sales, Solar and Commercial Roofing

Location: Napa, Sonoma, & Marin region.

Title: Outside Sales, Commercial Roofing & Solar Account Manager

Pay: base: $80k-90k base depending on experience commission

We are a well-established fast growing fully integrated roofing and solar company with more than 30 years of experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence

to new construction home builders throughout Northern California. Additionally, we now offer commercial re-roofing, TI, repairs, and maintenance services for C&I customers throughout California.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing & Solar Sales Representative to cover the Napa, Sonoma and Marin areas

Job Responsibilities:

· Formulate sales and marketing strategies to reach annual sales objectives

· Compile weekly/monthly reports on sales activities assigned

· Apply expertise in sales and marketing to forecast and manage pipelines efficient

· Create opportunities for commercial roofing and solar projects within assigned area(s)

· Cultivate and expand relationships with existing and potential clients

· Conduct client meetings and review project requirements

· Perform initial inspection of roof and property, and provide photos of any defects noted during the inspection

· Ensure prompt payment collection for services rendered

· Follow up with clients, develop referrals and ensure satisfaction with the services provided

· Attain company-set sales targets

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:

· Possess a current valid driver’s license

· Demonstrated proficiency in computer programs and mobile applications

· Ability to SAFELY climb ladders and walk on rooftops

· Established client base in Sonoma, Napa, and Marin Counties

· Previous experience in solar and roofing industries is essential

· Ability to give clear directions and respond to inquiries

· Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor

· Understand and follow protocol for the proper lines of communication

· Clear understanding of company mission and values

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
