Seeking a Business Development Rep to call on high level property management firms, insurance companies and other commercial developers. No commercial roofing sales required.
The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients of insurance firms and companies along with large scale Property management companies, in order to understand their commercial roofing needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads.
Responsibilities
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
