What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Analyst position at Hi-Quality Recruits?
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to spearhead the expansion of standard processes within the IQMS ERP (now known as DELMIAworks) and related applications aiming to scale business operations enhance existing practices and meet new business requirements in Boyertown PA.
This role requires an indepth knowledge and understanding of core business systems including but not limited to IQMS and / or Oracle. A comprehensive understanding of all areas covered by the ERP system is essential including manufacturing planning purchasing finance reporting and more.
This is a hybrid position open to local candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform system setups and configurations to support business operations.
- Design and develop Crystal Reports to meet various business needs.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Implement and support IQMS applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot and promptly resolve system issues.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
- Lead the development and implementation of various ERP modules in consultation with leaders from manufacturing operations quality finance and supply chain.
- Ensure the successful delivery of key business systems projects within scope schedule and budget utilizing handson technical skills.
- Gather analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects and enhancements to existing solutions.
- Create manage and conduct systemtesting activities for releases and upgrades.
- Research production system issues resolve user problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Conduct application and processspecific training to educate both technical and nontechnical users about the solutions you configure and support.
- Document system configurations and application test protocols to ensure quality compliance validation.
- Establish standards for the use of IQMS within the organization.
- Prioritize enhancement requests.
- Provide recommendations for version control and system upgrades.
- Work with business stakeholders to leverage ERP capabilities for improved efficiency and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with the IT Infrastructure team and external vendors to ensure high reliability of ERP systems in a 24 / 7 manufacturing environment.
- Regularly interact with shared services and operations leadership to ensure alignment of the business applications roadmap with the business strategy.
- Evaluate and potentially implement related supporting ERP systems (e.g. reporting packages Business Intelligence tools etc.).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required : 3 years of experience with IQMS and Crystal Reports. In-depth understanding of system setups and configurations. Proficient in designing and developing Crystal Reports. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive experience delivering and implementing ERP solutions in multi-site manufacturing environments. Proven track record of implementing and supporting IQMS. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations and processes. Advanced skills in SQL and Crystal Reports. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple complex projects and initiatives with minimal oversight. Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and highly accurate, with a strong sense of urgency. Preferred : Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, with a particular focus on plastics manufacturing. Proficient in using various reporting tools and ERP systems. Experience working in multi-ERP environments. Familiarity with IT integration processes for acquired companies. Experience in implementing and managing quality management systems.
