Job Description:

CNC Setup/Operator Role:

This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate will have experience with machine setup, tooling selection, blueprint reading, and quality control.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines.
    • Loading raw materials and overseeing machining operations.
    • Modifying machine programs for optimal efficiency and reduced waste.
  • Key Qualifications:
    • Experience with CNC machine programming fundamentals (G-code, M-code).
    • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for machining and tooling issues.
