Administrative Associate


Summary:
Position supports any department in a variety of general office duties


Hours:
Up to 8 hours per day permanent or temporary, Monday through Friday; Overtime as necessary


Educational Requirements:

High School Education or currently attending


Minimum qualifications & experience:

Demonstrates organizational skills

Demonstrates ability to work with little supervision

Thorough – pays close attention to detail

Ability to make positive contributions to a team


Additional qualifications & experience preferred:

Proficient computer experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)

Operation of general office equipment


Primary job duties:

  • Data Entry of Company Sales Orders/RMAs to Production/Shipping
  • Manage House account orders
  • Manage customer EDI Portal Websites documents
  • Process daily mail (outgoing & incoming)
  • Type/Log incoming Customer payment (Checks)
  • Liaison with Accounting Department with regards to customer invoices
  • Process updated info from credit apps & dealer agreements to computer
  • General office projects such as answering phones, copying, and document organization
  • Organize, coordinate and execute internal company events
  • Works within company guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Manage all trade show participation and booth improvements
  • Marketing projects as assigned (such as company newsletter, company meeting A/V, break room updates, marketing documentation, manual updates)
  • ISO survey or Net Promotor organization & execution - Collection of marketing survey data
  • Maintain marketing vendor list
  • Manage & execute marketing swag, business cards, company store
  • Other projects assigned by marketing, engineering, or operations


Secondary duties:

  • Order office supplies
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen supplies
  • Processing “special” customs documentation
  • Liaison for building maintenance and communications
  • Work with other departments for administrative assistance needs
  • Various tasks as needed
