Summary:
A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service the company sells. They have many responsibilities like answering inbound phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services, returns, orders, and credits. You will also assist the Sales team as necessary.
Essential Duties: and Responsibilities:
-Process/Track daily orders
-Update price changes in price books and price codes
-Process credits
-File invoices/Sorting Orders
-Mail out customer invoices
-Run reports for sales reps
-Communicate with customers via phone and email
-Entering Fax/Phone/Emailed orders
-Assist Sales Team
-Send out and verify weekly mailings
-Other Duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 2 years experience in an office setting
-Works well with team members
-Ability to multi-task
-Customer service phone experience a must
-High School diploma/GED
-Minimum 2 years customer service experience
-Must be familiar with Excel
-Above average communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
