IT Support
SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our high functioning team. The successful candidate will be the primary support contact for end users in the three locations in the Akron area, as well as remote support for the field staff across the country.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Setup and configure new systems.
Reconfigure existing systems for new users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues throughout the organization.
Support users throughout the organization in their PC use.
Support printers throughout the organization
Provide input in the design of new systems.
Run network cabling as required.
Work with internal and external IT staff to solve issues.
Skills and Knowledge
Proficient in troubleshooting all aspects of PC and Tablet systems.
Have a solid understanding of PC and network security and be able to maintain a secure environment.
Proficient is supporting Microsoft Windows.
Proficient in supporting Office 365.
Proficient in corporate data security procedures.
Proficient in network configuration and troubleshooting.
Proficient in remote connection software.
Be able to write standard operating procedures.
Proficient in supporting Mac a plus.
Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree 5 years IT Support experience.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Diligent and punctual.
Ability to be flexible.
Must be able to maintain a positive attitude while under pressure.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work well with others.
Ability to multitask.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
