Position: IT Support Representative
Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Pay Rate: $18-$23/hr
Salary: $40k-$43K

Shift: First choice
Thu – Mon 10pm-7am : Off Tuesday Wednesday
Second choice
Sat – Wed 10pm-7am : Off Thursday Friday
Must-Haves:

Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking an IT Service Support Rep to sit on site in Canton, Ohio. The IT Service Support Rep will be handling basic networking issues on tablets and other technologies in the trucks. They are looking for someone with basic IT Knowledge who will be supporting truck drivers who cannot complete certain tasks due to technical issues. They will also be handling application issues, cell phones, internet connections, billing troubleshooting, updates, and refurbishing. They are looking for someone who is a great team player, coachable and eager to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
