What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Associate position at HIA Legal?

The ideal candidate for this position will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation, and leasing.
This position affords significant client interaction and requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other real estate-related contracts.
- Create, develop, organize and maintain substantive content for the practice group including forms, precedents, checklists, and charts
- Assist with various thought leadership initiatives relating to developments and trends in the Real Estate industry
- Advising clients on real estate laws, regulations, and potential liabilities
