The ideal candidate has leadership and organizational skills and prior spa experience, and will be responsible for promoting spa services and scheduling a team of educated specialists. Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the spa.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Write and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a great working environment for all employees.
- Manage human resources and payroll issues such as hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and employee benefits.
