What You’ll Do
Guest Experience & Consultations:
- Lead new guest consultations, using a consultative approach to selling.
- Educate clients on available treatments and help them create customized treatment plans.
- Own the guest journey, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, and phone calls.
- Handle minor guest and staff concerns with professionalism and care.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and support the front-of-house team.
- Create and manage team schedules to ensure seamless coverage.
- Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
Sales & Event Planning:
- Partner with the Regional Director to host in-store events and client parties.
- Network with clients to drive bookings and enhance revenue opportunities.
- Support clinicians and team members in developing effective treatment plans for clients.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage inventory tracking and order requests to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with all departments to maximize efficiency and sales.
What You Bring to the Team

- Sales and customer service experience (medical aesthetics or retail preferred).
