What You’ll Do

Guest Experience & Consultations:

  • Lead new guest consultations, using a consultative approach to selling.
  • Educate clients on available treatments and help them create customized treatment plans.
  • Own the guest journey, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Oversee front desk operations, scheduling, and phone calls.
  • Handle minor guest and staff concerns with professionalism and care.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and support the front-of-house team.
  • Create and manage team schedules to ensure seamless coverage.
  • Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to enhance team performance.

Sales & Event Planning:

  • Partner with the Regional Director to host in-store events and client parties.
  • Network with clients to drive bookings and enhance revenue opportunities.
  • Support clinicians and team members in developing effective treatment plans for clients.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage inventory tracking and order requests to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with all departments to maximize efficiency and sales.

What You Bring to the Team

  • A natural leader with strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Sales and customer service experience (medical aesthetics or retail preferred).
  • A passion for people and a desire to create an incredible client experience.
  • Organizational superpowers – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
  • A problem-solver’s mindset – You’re proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.
  • Weekend flexibility – Ability to work at least one Saturday per month.
