Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the spa.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Write and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a great working environment for all employees.
- Manage human resources and payroll issues such as hiring, firing, performance evaluations, and employee benefits.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
