Vendor Sourcing and RFPs : Help streamline the vendor selection process by sourcing, obtaining quotes, and evaluating proposals to support new real estate ventures.
Construction Insights : Track project timelines, budgets, and contractor performance, all while spotting opportunities to boost efficiency in our construction processes.
Marketing Moves : Analyze new location opportunities and align them with growth strategies for 2027—helping to put our stores in the perfect spot.
Lease Negotiations : Get the inside scoop on lease negotiations and learn what makes a prime real estate location by evaluating sites for future store openings.
What We’re Looking For

School Game : Junior or senior majoring in real estate, construction management, procurement, marketing analytics, business administration, or a related field (3.0 GPA preferred).
