What You’ll Be Doing :
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Technical Recruiter , you’ll play a vital role in supporting staffing needs for technical roles across multiple business units. Here’s how you’ll contribute :
Manage Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting : Oversee all stages of the recruiting process for tech-related positions, ensuring that we hire top-tier talent across various technical functions.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers : Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements, build effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the process aligns with business goals.
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline : Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive and active technical candidates, leveraging social media platforms, professional networks, and tech-specific recruiting tools.
Onboarding and Integration : Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new technical hires, guiding them through the process and helping them integrate seamlessly into JD Group’s tech culture.
What We’re Looking For :
We’re seeking someone who’s ready to bring their A-game. The ideal candidate will have :
Bachelor's Degree : Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
5-7 Years of Recruiting Experience : Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, particularly in a tech or retail environment.
Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical hiring managers, team members, and candidates.
Proficiency in Technical Recruiting Tools : Experience with technical sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other tools to efficiently manage the recruitment process.
