Job Summary

Duties
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to project specifications, contracts, and change orders.
- Support the estimating process by providing insights on project requirements and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with the construction management team to implement best practices for quality control and inspection processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction site operations, including plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems and safety protocols.
- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Experience in conducting quality inspections and assessments throughout the construction process.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
