What we are looking for:
  • 8-15 years of experience in interior design or architecture with a focus on Hospitality and Multifamily Residential interiors projects
  • Based in Washington, DC
  • A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Strong technical expertise in code analysis (ADA/FHA/IBC, etc.), consultant coordination (architectural, MEP, lighting, structural, acoustic, security, etc.), and project management, with the ability to deliver creative, functional, and compliant design solutions
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple team members to develop refined and compelling design concepts, translating them into clear presentations and detailed design documentation
  • Expertise in crafting clear, high-quality construction document sets, with a focus on detailed coordination and high-end design
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills, with experience guiding junior designers through the entire design process, from concept development through construction administration
  • Extensive experience in construction administration for interior renovations and new developments in multifamily, senior living, and/or hospitality sectors, with preference for a minimum of two completed projects and field experience as the CA lead
  • In-depth experience in amenity space planning, FF&E specifications, and material selection
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam Studio, InDesign, and project management softwares, with excellent 3D modeling skills highly valued
  • Familiarity with construction administration platforms such as TonicDM, Newforma, PlanGrid, ProCore, Autodesk Build, and Kahua
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Valid work permit for the USA
