Overview

As a Director of Nursing, you will make a positive impact on the lives of our patients by providing compassionate care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement nursing policies and procedures that reflect current standards of nursing practice and comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Oversee the delivery of nursing services in the facility, ensuring excellent hiring, training, supervision, and retention of qualified staff.
• Cultivate a positive team environment by helping onboard new teammates and promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.

Requirements

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum three years' clinical experience in Geriatric or Gerontology, including one year as a departmental manager in a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge of current Federal and State laws and regulations governing nursing practice in long-term care.
