Basic Functions:
The Banking Solutions Representative provides client support for inquiries and addresses any concerns regarding accounts, debit/credit card support, online banking, and digital products such as Bill Pay, Biller Advantage, and Zelle. Duties include handling inbound and outbound phone calls, website inquiries, and online chats to and from clients, listening to client needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
Complete customer service tasks that ensure clients have the information and assistance they need and maintain the bank’s positive reputation.
Essential Job Duties:
The responsibilities of the Banking Solutions Representative include but are not limited to:
- Receive client inquiries and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied clients, offering patient assistance and support
- Call clients to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies
- Guide clients through troubleshooting, navigating the company website and/or digital products or services
- Review client accounts, providing updates and information about various account items
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service
The Banking Solutions Representative will perform various other duties as assigned and conduct all duties in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Bank policies and procedures.
Work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday with rotation of Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Occasional overtime may be required.

Training and Experience:
A Banking Solutions Representative should have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate excellent computer and phone skills. Previous banking experience is a plus but not required.
This is a full time, non-exempt position eligible for a robust benefit package.
The successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background and credit check is required.
