Position Overview
The Business Development Coordinator plays a vital supporting role in our growth and outreach strategy. This individual will assist the Business Development team with lead generation, scheduling, CRM management, and marketing support to ensure Hickory Recovery Network’s services are effectively promoted throughout our service areas. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, organized individual who is passionate about behavioral healthcare and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain CRM records and assist in tracking leads, contact activity, and follow-ups.
• Assist in the coordination of meetings, tours, and presentations with referral partners and community organizations.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, print collateral, and digital content.
• Conduct research to identify new business and referral opportunities.
• Help prepare reports and track KPIs related to referral sources and outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with admissions, call center, and clinical teams to support smooth intake processes and communication.
• Support planning of events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Assist with social media engagement and content planning in coordination with the marketing team.
• Organize follow-up emails, calls, and correspondence as directed by the Regional Directors.
• Provide general administrative support to the VP of Business Development and the wider team.
Qualifications
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales, outreach, or administrative coordination role.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a professional demeanor.
• Experience with CRM software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the mental health and addiction treatment field is highly valued.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for occasional travel.
Pre-employment Requirements
• Satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check.
• Successful completion of a drug screening.
Compensation
• $60,000 - $70,000
(Compensation based on experience, skills, and responsibilities)
