Hicks Animal Clinic is looking to hire a Client Service Representative who is interested in working in a locally owned, fast paced, patient centered small animal veterinary hospital. We pride ourselves on offering superior veterinary services needed to keep all of our patients happy and healthy.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, managing the clinic's schedule efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Provide clients with information on pet care, including vaccination schedules and preventive health measures.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients and their pets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare, veterinary, or animal care setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology to facilitate effective communication with clients and staff is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their pets.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service in a compassionate manner.
