Responsibilities
- Audit deals before they are turned into accounting for processing.
- Verify all necessary paperwork is correct
- Prepare contracts to be sent out
- Retrieve Funding
- Return to Finance Managers for corrections
- Open Dealertrack, assist with funding errors and meet with Finance Managers for corrections to fund deals.
- Post updates to CIT on all deals
- Post wholesales for ALL stores
- Process cancellation in NESNA
- Back up to Finance Managers, pulling cancellations quotes for new car deals
- Payoff checks for trades on deals for all stores
- Research payoff errors
- Scan payoff paperwork to deal
- Checks for units purchased from individuals
- Daily Deal Recap sent to The Owners & General Managers (pull daily heat sheet)
- Attend CIT meetings weekly
- Monthly Warranty cancellation refunds report to Owner
- Print checks for warranty refunds(occasionally)
- Work extended hours as needed for the end of the month.
- Cancel warranties from trades, total loss and payoffs
- Verify warranties for service dept.
- Prepare monthly high volume finance report for Owners
- Enter commissions for Sales personnel for payroll on Retro Sheet.
- Cancel warranties for Preferred, Gap, and Credit life, disability
Skills & Qualification
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Able to multi task and prioritize workload
- Dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Pick up new tasks quickly
- Car dealership a plus but not required
- CDK experience a plus but not reqired
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
