Customer Service Representative
6 month contract
Health insurance Inbound call center, resolve member issues of all types (RX, PCP, Benefits, Eligibility)
- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Proficient in technology (Computers/phone)
- Call Center experience
- Military experience is a plus
- Previously used Microsoft Office
Open 7 days a week. Hours are:
4:45am – 8pm PST M-F
6:45am – 8pm PST Saturday & Sunday. Most shifts are between 7:30 and 5:30 PST.
Schedule are assigned weekly for the same shift.
Must be able to successfully pass background and drug test prior to start date.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
