We are seeking a results-driven, highly-motivated, sales professional, with a knack for lead generation, specifically experienced in upscale residential sales in a similar industry to Hidden Creek.
You should be motivated to exceed customer expectations as you help maintain extraordinary outdoor living spaces and strive to exceed one million dollars in annual sales revenue in maintenance contracts, renewals, work orders and enhancements.
You will collaborate with clients/customers, project managers, operations managers, the accounting team, to ensure that estimates, plans, and paperwork are comprehensive, precise, and set clear expectations for the scope of work. You will ensure the delivery of quality, cost-effective, and efficient services on client sites.
This is a fully on-site role.
Typical hours of operation are 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

Description: The Account Manager position is all about exceptional client service and high-level relationships that lead to loyal clients and adding new clients to the portfolio. Our Account Managers are able to anticipate the client’s needs and be their one-call problem solver while also upholding the values of our company, contributing to the company goals, and acting in the best interest of our employees and clients.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Generate and convert leads into sales by following the sales process. Serve as primary point of contact for all requests. Provide exceptional service and respond promptly to all requests. Escalate issues impacting projects immediately.
- Reporting/Sales Tracking: Report on key sales metrics/costs, track results. budgets, gross margin and ensure timely invoicing. Own cross-team collaboration to provide clear expectations of work to be completed as the primary client point of contact. Communicate with team on project status and establishes clear channels of communication with team members and clients.
- Process Ownership and Improvement: Utilize knowledge and expertise to manage and improve sales process, estimating, design, build, invoicing related processes. Continually review and improve estimates to ensure projects are completed on time, and on budget.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or related field, or commensurate experience
- Desire 3 years landscape and customer service experience including knowledge of local plant types, turf types and identification of common landscape issues and knowledge of common solutions
- Good written and oral communication skills
- A demonstrated ability to develop strong professional relationships in a business-to-business setting
- Creative problem solver with capacity to innovate and team oriented
- Microsoft Office skills
