Position Overview : Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for a Senior Program Manager to support Hidden Level’s growing Program & Product Management team. In this role you will apply your skills and experience to manage, lead, and drive technical programs. This position is based on site in Syracuse, NY with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities : Lead the day-to-day execution of projects and programs : Develop and maintain schedules and coordinate resources to meet program objectivesFacilitate the removal of barriers, the coordination of dependencies, and the management of risk and opportunities Track program cost and deliverables to effectively achieve contractual compliance and meet budgetsServe as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers for assigned programsCommunicate routine project status, risk assessments, and issues both internally and externally while quickly adapting to new challenges or changing requirements. Prepare and facilitate internal and external meetings Advance the business through the evaluation and planning of new opportunities : Take an active role in assisting with authoring responses to request for information and request for proposalsServe as a bridge between technical and business goals when evaluating new and follow-on opportunities and effortsCreate cost estimates, generate BOEs, and evaluate staffing requirements for a wide range of projects and programsAssist with breaking down requirements into technical implementations and plansTake an active role in managing program and customer successWork closely with the engineering team to solve technical challenges and meet development and customer milestonesInterface with all functional groups within the business to understand complete program status and recommended solutionsDecompose evolving customer and market needs into technical action plans Act as an effective decision-maker and leader that is able to understand and balance priorities effectively and efficientlyWhat We’re Looking For : Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrated leadership ability and experience interfacing directly with customers A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome technical challenges through teamwork and collaborationRequired Qualifications : A Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 7 or more years related experience Experience with cost estimating, BOE generation, schedule, and budget managementAbility to travel up to 25%Preferred Qualifications : Active security clearance3 or more years of proven technical project or product management experienceCompensation and Benefits : Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and stock options.Salary Range : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $140,000 to $180,000 annually.
