- Onboarding & Credentialing: Oversee new hire paperwork, verify certifications, and assist with insurance credentialing.
- Employee Relations & Support: Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries, resolve workplace concerns, and assist with performance evaluations.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain employee records, track certifications, and manage audits.
- Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing, manage benefits (health insurance, PTO), and handle leave requests.
- Training & Development: Coordinate continuing education, track mandatory training, and support mentorship programs.
- HR Reporting & Metrics: Maintain HR data, monitor employee satisfaction, and help improve retention strategies.
