Position
The Moët Hennessy Wine Estates division is a unique collection of prestigious wineries spread across 5 continents. Our vineyards are located on exceptional sites and are among the best terroirs of their appellation and each of our wineries have broken new ground - by pioneering new or forgotten regions; or through innovative & distinctive winemaking techniques.
Reporting directly to the Estate Director, and in dotted line to the Global MHWE HR Team, the Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day HR activities across the organization, to elevate the employee experience, support the business in alignment with group standards, and secure a healthy and safe organization. She / he will be supported by the Global MHWE HR Team on all strategic topics for the winery.
Health & Safety
- In all departments, lead and promote Health & Safety culture and practices
- In close partnership with the technical team, support the ISO processes & guidelines
Talent Acquisition
Lead the recruitment process for permanent, temporary, interns and VIEs positionsSourcing through local networking and recruitment tools like LinkedIn, career website, job boardsIn coordination with MHWE Global team, design an onboarding program for new joiners, from recruitment to talent developmentHR Communication & events : build on employer branding action plan through social networks and local connections (LinkedIn page, school actions) and organize internal HR events (logistics & planning)Learning & Development
In coordination with the MHWE Global team, lead the Organizational Management Review (OMR) to identify key talents, business critical positions and ensure strong succession plans.Identify training needs, recommending, and implementing solutions, evaluating and measuring effectiveness.Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy ensuring strategic alignment of training and development with business goals.Design and develop programs and curriculum, partner with internal (MHWE / MH / LVMH) subject matter experts and / or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives.Compensation & Benefits

Education :
University degree or business school. Majors in Management or HR.
Languages :
