Department: Food & Beverage
Reports To: Private Events Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Assistant General Manager
Job Summary:
To provide friendly, prompt and professional service to club members and guests. To display knowledge of menu items, beverages available, club events and amenities. Required to restock items as needed and maintain a clean, organized, efficient workspace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly professional event experience for the members and their guests.
- Maintain overall service quality for events.
- Build and operate buffets, take orders if applicable, and maintain a clean event environment.
- Correctly enter orders and all pertinent information into the POS system and properly close ticket.
- Serves all ordered items and beverages.
- Performs set up, stocking, clean up and closing duties as assigned by manager.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by anticipating and accommodating guests needs to the best of your abilities.
- Removes plates and glasses from table as necessary.
- Consistently follows all sales and income procedures.
- Handles all cash, credit card and member changes as prescribed by the standard operating procedures.
- Advises supervisor of complaints if they occur.
- Have a flexible availability.
- Consistently complies with all state local and club laws/policies relating to the service of alcohol.
- Preform all other duties assigned

Physical Repuirements
- The nature of this position is physical and requires long periods of time standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, bending, turning, reaching and balancing.
- Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects (50lbs) or materials.
