- General customer service
- Selling and serving of beverages and food
- Bussing and cleaning of tables
- Answering telephones
- Assistance with to-go purchases
- Provides description of menu items, daily specials, bar items, wine.
- Assists in inventory and order processing of inventory to replenish stock
- Assists in filling in stock and depletions
- Maintains and keeps restaurant areas clean and tidy according to established standards
- Responsible for processing transactions on register
- Responsible for keeping up-to-date with ABC regulations and adhering to established policies and procedures regarding the handling and service of alcoholic beverages
- Adheres to all opening, closing, stocking and side work checklist and finishes them in a timely manner as to not hinder the service of the guests.
- Maintaining all necessary and/or required certifications and trainings, including ABC, ServeSafe and any other as required by HVLA.
