Stella, the new sister restaurant of Glen Ellen Star is opening in March and is seeking experienced servers to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and passionate individuals, with a strong work ethic and a love for providing exceptional guest service.
Position: Full-Time Server
Location: Kenwood, CA 95452
Schedule: Must have open availability all nights. Shifts start at 3:00 PM daily.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of serving experience in an upscale restaurant setting preferred
- A strong knowledge in wine education and service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude, team-oriented, and reliable
- Must be able to lift and carry trays, stand for long periods, and handle a busy dining room
- Must have a valid California food handler’s card and alcohol server permit
Compensation:
- Base pay: $16.50/hour
- Cash tips paid nightly
- Typical cash tips range: $250 - $350 per shift (varies with seasons)
