What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Coordinator position at Hideaway RV Resort?
Looking for a Front Desk Agent who is outgoing and friendly with a welcoming personality and a natural talent for customer service. We want our guests to feel as though they are welcome and appreciated, so as the Front Desk Agent, it would be your job to provide that. Customer service is #1. We strive to give our guests personalized attention every chance we get. This means adjusting processes, utilizing technology, working with other teams, and finding creative ways to add a personal touch to standard practices. The Front Desk/Guest Relations Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day and long-term campground guests, which includes but is not limited to reservations, inquiries, check-ins and checkouts, and provides exceptional customer service. The Front Desk/Guest Relations Team Member ensures that guests’ needs are tended to in an efficient and professional manner. Previous customer service experience required Computer experience and ability to learn new reservation programs is required. One previous employment reference Background check is conducted Must be approved to work in the US
