HiFyve is hiring a Quality Control Inspector in the manufacturing industry in Riverside, MO !
Salary : $27 - $36 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift : Full-time
Location : Riverside, MO
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Inspect large weldments and machined parts (40,000 lbs. ) for quality assurance.
- Use handheld measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and go / no-go gauges.
- Conduct inspections using laser trackers.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Ensure compliance with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) standards.
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and be certifiable to Level 2 in at least two methods (VT, PT, MT, UT) per SNT-TC-1A.
- Maintain documentation of inspections and quality control reports.
- Communicate effectively with manufacturing, engineering, and QC teams to address quality issues.
- Promote and enforce quality standards while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Lead teams in quality improvement initiatives.
