Pay:$60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule:Monday - Friday Day shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing machining & fabrication for the full shop:machining, shearing, metal forming, plasma cutting, welding & assembly operations
- Manage multiple jobs to ensure smooth production flow
- Work effectively with a diverse team and promote a strong work ethic
- Enforce safety rules and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Read blueprints and use measurement tools for quality assurance
- Follow and adjust process documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have a strong background in both machining & fabrication
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong multitasking and leadership skills
- Experience using measurement tools and reading blueprints
- Commitment to enforcing safety protocols
