HiFyve is hiring a Sr. HRIS Analyst in Sugar Land, TX!
Salary : $145K- $165K Annually
Schedule : Onsite 5 Days per Week
Location : Sugar Land, TX
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Act as primary point of contact for all Workday functions
- Train team members on Workday functionalities
- Create user manuals, FAQ's and SOP's
- Identify opportunities for improvement with existing HR processes
- Spearhead communication with HR and IT departments for continued troubleshooting and design enhancements
- Manage all Workday modules including : HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking
- Respond proactively and effectively to all HRIS Workday issues
