What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Foreman / Lead Equipment Operator position at HIG Solutions?
HIG Solutions is a small family-owned construction company focusing on utility installation and dirt work. We are looking to add an experienced Project Foreman / Lead Equipment Operator. In this role, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site, reporting directly to the owner. Skills and experience in project scheduling, supervising crew members and construction management will be essential to a successful candidate. Relevant skills in blueprint / construction document reading and quality control are required for adherence to job specifications. Candidates must have experience in the following:
Reading and following construction documents.
Leading a crew on construstion projects.
Installing water, sewer and stormwater systems.
Installing building pads.
Finish dirt grade ensuring proper drainage.
Experience with the following machinery is required:
Excavator
Skid-steer Loader
Experience with the following machinery is preferred.
Bulldozer
Front-End Loader
CDL is a plus!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
