Role Description:
We are looking to add an experienced Project Foreman / Lead Equipment Operator. In this role, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site, reporting directly to the owner. Skills and experience in project scheduling, supervising crew members and construction management will be essential to a successful candidate. Relevant skills in blueprint / construction document reading and quality control are required for adherence to job specifications. Qualifications
- Experience in operating heavy equipment including excavator, loaders and dozer.
- Supervisory skills and team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Experience installing water, sewer and stormwater systems.
- Reading construction documents and ensuring quality control
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
