The Business Development Representative is a critical member of our team and is responsible for:

- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify property owners using tools like LinkedIn, property listing sites, and industry forums.
- Sales Outreach:
- Conduct personalized outreach via email, phone, and social media to educate prospects on LeaseGuard’s offerings.
- Schedule and lead discovery calls to qualify prospects.
- Pipeline Management:
- Use CRM tools to track leads, interactions, and progress.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain strong communication with prospects.
- Networking & Events:
- Attend industry related conferences, meetups, and webinars to build relationships and generate qualified leads.

- Outreach Activity: Complete 75–100 outreach activities weekly.
- Proven experience in sales, property management, or insurance.
