Pool Attendant - Summer 2025 - The Flats at Kennett

We are actively seeking a reliable and trustworthy Pool Attendant to join our team at The Flats at Kennett for the 2025 summer season! As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting our residents, enforcing safety rules, managing the pool area and equipment, and many other duties.

This is a seasonal position working May 2025-September 2025 between the hours of 9:00AM - 3:00PM, with a schedule of around 15-20 hours.

***Weekend and holiday availability required***

Starting Rate: $12.00/hour.

Responsibilities of Our Pool Attendants Include:

• Opening and closing the pool.
• Greeting residents and checking them in and out of the pool area.
• Conducting light maintenance on the pool such as vacuuming/brushing pool bottoms, emptying skimmer baskets, and backwashing pool filters.
• Ensuring that the pool area is neat and clean every day by putting umbrellas up/down, straightening chairs and tables, cleaning tabletops, and sweeping the pool deck.
• Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with residents.
• Providing an optimal level of customer service to all residents.
• Completing incident reports for management and keeping an incident log for reference.

Our Next Co-worker Will Ideally Possess the Following Educational and Experiential Qualifications:

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays; required.
• Previous pool attendant or lifeguard experience; preferred.
