Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pool facility. Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the pool area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Manage staff schedules and oversee shift management to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Provide exceptional Member services by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate and manage events held at the pool, including private parties and special gatherings.
- Prepare reports on pool usage, maintenance needs, and staff performance for upper management review.
- Train and mentor staff in customer service best practices, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and high performance among staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership roles within hospitality or nightclub settings.
- Strong skills in guest services with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Experience in managing shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to supervise staff while promoting teamwork and positive morale.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and staff alike.
