Guest Service Representative

At High Caliber Karting & Entertainment, our business is hosting a giant house party every night. Imagine 105,000 square feet of your friends and interesting people coming to your home because of all the unique and exhilarating things you have available to do. You have the coolest place in the country and EVERYONE wants to come.

We host individuals and parties from 8-300 with a custom catered event process that puts the guest at the forefront of our attention. These people have chosen US to celebrate their birthdays, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette party, corporate outing, sweet 16, etc... You do not get a second chance at these events. The trust that is placed in our hands is monumental and we are expected to deliver sheer joy. There is nothing more important to our team than to have our guests have an absolutely awesome time.

The best part of all this though, is the culture. Office jobs suck, retail is insanity, hospitality industry means never seeing your friends and family, the list goes on.... Our business is to bring happiness. To do that, you have to love what you do. If you can't love making people happy, go away, we don't want you anyways.

While the role is for a customer service representative, that is for search reasons. IT WORKED! What it really is though is being an Experience Creator. Our facility is built on excellence in hosting a party. We have guests coming in these doors and we need to give them a HELL of a time! Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
