About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This is a hunter role focused on generating new business opportunities with private equity firms and real estate investment firms primarily in the West Coast / Mountain West region, though we are a national platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, a strong network within the private equity and / or real estate investment industries, and a deep understanding of the executive search process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify potential new clients (private equity firms, real estate investment firms, family offices)
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new leads and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target firms
- Effectively communicate High Country's value proposition and service offerings
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close new client engagements
- Represent High Country at industry events and conferences
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
