They are looking for a motivated Analyst who will focus on asset management and acquisitions.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Asset Management: Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and financial models for existing assets, ensuring optimal performance and communication with partners.
- Acquisition & Disposition Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities through comprehensive financial modeling, market studies, and due diligence, preparing compelling investment memoranda.
- Financial Expertise: Utilize advanced financial analysis and modeling skills (Argus, Excel) to forecast, reforecast, and track asset performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with internal teams, partners, brokers, and legal counsel to negotiate agreements and drive successful transactions.
- Market Insight: Monitor and report on market trends and fundamentals, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
What You Bring:
- B.A./B.S. in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant real estate experience (investment banking/private equity experience considered).
- Advanced financial modeling skills (Argus, Excel).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a passion for real estate.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
