The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate analysis, with a focus on multifamily properties. This role involves conducting detailed market research, financial modeling, and strategic analysis to support our asset management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the multifamily real estate sector.
- Analyze demographic, economic, and real estate market data to support investment decisions.
- Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate existing assets.
- Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to assess the impact of various factors on investment performance.
- Investment Analysis:
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including property inspections, due diligence, and financial analysis.
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Asset Management Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of asset management strategies to optimize property performance and maximize returns.

- Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications:
