What You'll Be Doing as the AP Specialist:
- Process invoices, manage the AP inbox, and ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
- Reconcile AP accounts, resolve accounting inquiries, and prepare audit materials.
- Analyze financial reports, including past due reporting, and contribute to weekly bank reporting.
- Provide accounting expertise to operating management, develop and maintain AP policies and procedures, and lead process improvements for supplier onboarding.
- Drive process improvements and procedures for supplier setup.
About You as the AP Specialist:
- Two years or more of accounting experience preferred.
- Professional knowledge of SAP or equivalent accounting software.
- Functional understanding of general ledger.
- Strong attention to detail and experience with 2-way and 3-way PO matching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
