High Country Search Group is working with a successful company who is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist with 2 plus years in full cycle accounts payable. This position is located in Southwest Denver. This is a direct hire position and offers a generous match to your 401K.

Your Responsibilities:
- Code and process joint interest invoices efficiently and accurately
- Conduct reconciliation of invoices and joint interest billing statements
- Review vendor statements to ensure precision in financial documentation
- Guarantee the accuracy of billing procedures in accordance with organizational standards
- Proactively address and resolve billing issues with vendors and respond to any inquiries related to invoices
Mandatory/Ideal Skills:
- Prior experience in Excel including knowledge of VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is highly preferred
- A minimum of 2 years handling full cycle (3-way-match) Accounts Payable is a requirement
- Process improvement oriented, self-starter mentality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
