HRIS & Process Optimization in the Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
- You will be the driving force behind optimizing our HRIS and payroll processes. This includes identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and ensuring data integrity. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and ensure seamless integration with other HR systems. Your expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, etc.) will be critical to our continued success. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all payroll and benefits processes.
Compensation & HR Collaboration in the Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
- You will play a key role in supporting our compensation programs, working closely with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits data. You'll partner with HR Business Partners to provide compensation analysis and support compensation planning initiatives. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations will be invaluable. You will also be a key point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
Benefits & Leave Program Administration in the Senior Payroll & Benefits Specialist:
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our benefits and leave programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This includes managing vendor relationships, overseeing open enrollment, and handling employee benefits inquiries. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering employee education programs on benefits and leave policies. Your expertise in leave administration, including FMLA, ADA, and other state and local leave laws, will be essential.
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year 10-15% bonus potential
