What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist:
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of customer invoices and record all accounts receivable transactions.
- Collaborate with Client Service teams to address billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage collections efforts, including contacting clients to secure payment of overdue accounts.
- Analyze financial data for month-end reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Implement and drive process improvements to streamline billing and collections operations.
- Work closely with sales representatives to resolve customer issues and enhance relationships.
