Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing methods
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from screening to extending job offers
- Develop partnerships with local organizations to attract top talent
- Stay current on labor market trends, wages, and benefits to maintain a competitive edge
- Write and optimize job descriptions to align with market trends
- Advertise job openings across social media and other digital platforms
- Track and report key recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
- 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to travel to job sites across Northern Colorado and Southeast Wyoming as needed
