We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition & HR People Partner to join our client, a national software development company that has been in business since 2013. This role blends full-cycle recruitment with broader people strategy initiatives, driving talent acquisition while shaping and refining HR processes, compensation structures, and overall hiring best practices.

Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop structured, scalable hiring strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure an engaging, seamless candidate experience that strengthens the company’s employer brand.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and career fairs to attract top talent.

People Strategy & HR Initiatives :

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership on talent planning, workforce strategy, and employee development.
  • Refine and implement hiring processes, interview structures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and fairness.
  • Develop and facilitate interview training for hiring teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Lead efforts in building and maintaining compensation bands, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to develop policies and programs that support employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • A problem solver who takes initiative and is ready to do whatever it takes to drive hiring and HR success.
  • Experience building or scaling a recruiting / HR department, including implementing processes and systems from scratch.
  • Strong hands-on recruiting experience, with an understanding of high-volume hiring.
  • A forward-thinking strategist who can align people operations with business objectives.
  • A blend of recruiting, HR, and process improvement expertise to create long-term, scalable hiring solutions.
  • What We Offer :

  • Base Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 Bonus
