We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition & HR People Partner to join our client, a national software development company that has been in business since 2013. This role blends full-cycle recruitment with broader people strategy initiatives, driving talent acquisition while shaping and refining HR processes, compensation structures, and overall hiring best practices.
Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to develop structured, scalable hiring strategies that align with business objectives.
Ensure an engaging, seamless candidate experience that strengthens the company’s employer brand.
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions and future hiring needs.
Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.
Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and career fairs to attract top talent.
People Strategy & HR Initiatives :
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership on talent planning, workforce strategy, and employee development.
Refine and implement hiring processes, interview structures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and fairness.
Develop and facilitate interview training for hiring teams to ensure consistency and compliance.
Lead efforts in building and maintaining compensation bands, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
Partner with HR and leadership to develop policies and programs that support employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
What We’re Looking For :
A problem solver who takes initiative and is ready to do whatever it takes to drive hiring and HR success.
Experience building or scaling a recruiting / HR department, including implementing processes and systems from scratch.
Strong hands-on recruiting experience, with an understanding of high-volume hiring.
A forward-thinking strategist who can align people operations with business objectives.
A blend of recruiting, HR, and process improvement expertise to create long-term, scalable hiring solutions.

Base Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 Bonus
