High End Hiring is currently seeking a Front Receptionist to join our esteemed dental practice. As a Front Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
Responsibilities :
- Welcome and greet patients upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and handle billing processes
- Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team
- Ensure the reception area is clean and orderly

Requirements
Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and friendly demeanor towards patients and staff
